About Tonda Naylor, M.Ed
​Ms. Tonda Naylor is a passionate educator with over 20+ years of professional experience serving children. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Curriculum & Instruction, Special Education (M.Ed.). KidsFirst is rooted in humble educator beginnings with Ms. Naylor serving as a Community Health Worker, Paraprofessional, Intervention Specialist, and Behavior Manager in a major urban District. Currently, as an Early Enrichment Center Partner and Administrator she informs early intervention processes, manages Step Up to Quality, plans and maintains quality staff development for high rated childcare facilities. In each role she has acquired a set of skills that allows her to be most efficient and impactful at the multiple complexities of special education decision-making, mandates, compliance, and rights guaranteed to learners under the law. This organization is also equipped to assist in your instructional planning and classroom management programming across educational environments. KidsFirst will provide professional development, advocacy and consultation services where the authentic needs of children lead the work.
